• 摘要：

• 急性胸痛是急诊常见的症状之一，早期精准识别高风险性和低风险性胸痛有益于高危患者得到及时诊疗以及低危患者减少过度医疗，同时改善预后和缓解院前急救及急诊科医疗资源的严峻。近年来急性胸痛患者早期危险分层工具不断开发，其敏感度和特异度各有不同。本文对目前急性胸痛患者早期风险评估的研究进展进行综述。

• Acute chest pain is one of the common symptoms in the emergency department. Early and accurate identification of high-risk and low-risk chest pain is beneficial to timely diagnosis and treatment of high-risk patients and reduce over-treatment of low-risk patients. At the same time, it can improve the prognosis and alleviate the severity of pre-hospital care and emergency department medical resources. In recent years, early risk stratification tools for patients with acute chest pain have been developed, and their sensitivity and specificity are different. This article reviews the current research progress of early risk assessment in patients with acute chest pain.
