• 摘要：

• 系统性红斑狼疮继发颅内感染患者治疗难度大，死亡率高。本文回顾性分析了4例系统性红斑狼疮患者继发颅内感染的临床资料并复习相关文献。4例患者均为女性，年龄16～36岁，均经诊察确诊为系统性红斑狼疮，同时继发颅内感染和脑脊液循环功能障碍，其中3例脑积水，1例顽固性颅内压增高，4例患者经长时程脑室腹壁外引流和抗感染治疗后均获治愈。总结认为脑脊液长时程引流联合抗感染综合治疗可以极大地改善系统性红斑狼疮继发颅内感染患者的预后和生活质量。以期为临床实践提供经验和参考。

• 】The treatment of intracranial infection secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus is difficult and the mortality rate is high. The clinical data of 4 cases of secondary intracranial infection in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are retrospectively analyzed and the related literature is reviewed.All the 4 patients were female, aged from 16 to 36 years. All patients were diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and had secondary intracranial infection and cerebrospinal fluid circulation dysfunction, including 3 cases of hydrocephalus and 1 case of refractory intracranial hypertension. It is concluded that long-term cerebrospinal fluid drainage combined with anti-infection comprehensive treatment can greatly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with intracranial infection secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus. In order to provide experience and reference for clinical practice.
