  • 当前,随着高血压、糖尿病、肾功能衰竭等慢性疾病的发病率逐年上升,这些不利因素显著促进了冠状动脉钙化(CAC)的病变进程。虽然冠状动脉介入治疗技术已经取得了显著进步,CAC病变依然是介入治疗领域面临的重大挑战。本文探讨了CAC的机制,分析了内膜钙化与外膜钙化的特征;同时,还系统评述了多种影像技术在CAC成像中的应用特点,包括冠状动脉CT血管成像、冠状动脉血管造影术、血管内超声、光学相干断层扫描技术等。此外,文中阐述了非顺应性球囊、超高压非顺应性球囊、切割球囊、冠状动脉斑块旋磨术、血管内碎石术等治疗技术在处理不同CAC病变中的应用价值。旨在为介入医师在处理CAC病变时提供科学、有效的参考依据。

  • At present, with the increasing incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and renal failure, these adverse factors significantly promote the pathological process of coronary artery calcification (CAC). Although the technology of coronary intervention has made significant progress, CAC lesions are still a major challenge in the field of interventional therapy. This article discusses the mechanism of CAC and analyzes the characteristics of intimal calcification and outer membrane calcification. At the same time, the application characteristics of various imaging techniques in CAC imaging are systematically reviewed, including coronary CT angiography, coronary angiography, intravascular ultrasound, optical coherence tomography, etc. In addition, this article describes the application value of non-compliance balloon, ultra-high pressure non-compliance balloon, cutting balloon, rotational atherectomy, and endovascular lithotripsy in the treatment of different CAC lesions. The aim of this study is to provide a scientific and effective reference for interventional radiologists to manage CAC lesions.
