• 摘要：

• 血清尿酸是人类和类人猿嘌呤化合物代谢的最终产物。一些流行病学研究表明，血清尿酸的升高与痛风发作、心血管疾病（包括高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心房颤动）、代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、非酒精性脂肪性肝病和慢性肾病等相关。同时，大量研究表明血清尿酸与射血分数保留性心力衰竭（HFpEF）的发生发展有着密切关系。控制血清尿酸能改善HFpEF患者的预后和提高生存率。明确血清尿酸对HFpEF的影响及相关机制，对病情评估及预后具有重要的临床价值。

• Serum uric acid is the end product of the metabolism of purine compounds in humans and apes. Some epidemiological studies have shown that elevated serum uric acid is associated with gout attack, cardiovascular disease (including hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, atrial fibrillation), metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic kidney disease. At the same time, a large number of studies have shown that serum uric acid is closely related to the occurrence and development of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Control of serum uric acid can improve the prognosis and survival rate of HFpEF patients. Clarifying the effect and related mechanism of serum uric acid on HFpEF has important clinical value for disease assessment and prognosis.
