• 摘要：

• 心血管疾病临床研究的主要终点常使用复合终点。通常传统的复合终点采用首次事件发生时间，忽略了各组分间临床重要性的差异及二次事件的影响，可能导致研究结论的偏差和对随访数据的利用不充分。赢率是一种新兴的统计方法，基于临床优先级对随机对照试验的复合终点进行更为精确的分析。本文综述了赢率的概念与基本方法，并结合近年来心血管疾病相关的临床研究，探讨其在该领域中的潜在应用价值。

• Composite end points are often used for primary endpoints in clinical studies of cardiovascular disease. The traditional composite endpoint is usually based on the time to first event, which ignores the differences in clinical importance of each component and the influence of secondary events, which may lead to the bias of research Conclusions   and the underutilization of follow-up data. Win ratio is an emerging statistical method that allows more precise analysis of composite endpoints of randomized controlled trials based on clinical priority. This article reviews the concept and basic methods  of win ratio, and discusses its potential application value in the field of cardiovascular disease combined with recent clinical studies.
