• 摘要：

• 类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病，会引起骨关节等身体多个器官以及系统受累。老年类风湿关节炎患者因器官功能减退、机体免疫系统功能低下、并发症多等特点，导致感染发生率升高，合并感染的患者治疗难度大、预后差、病死率高，因此探讨老年类风湿关节炎与感染的关系具有重要的临床意义。本文综述了老年类风湿关节炎合并感染的易感因素，以期提高对老年类风湿关节炎合并感染的认识。

• Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, which can cause the involvement of multiple organs and systems such as bones and joints. Elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis have the characteristics of organ dysfunction, low immune system function, and more complications, which lead to an increased incidence of infection. Patients with infection are difficult to treat, have a poor prognosis, and have a high mortality rate. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to explore the relationship between elderly rheumatoid arthritis and infection. This article reviews the risk factors of elderly rheumatoid arthritis complicated with infection, in order to improve the understanding of elderly rheumatoid arthritis complicated with infection.
