• 宫颈癌是全球妇女健康的主要威胁之一，尽管它是一种可通过早期筛查和诊断有效预防的癌症，但准确诊断仍然面临挑战。本文综述了宫颈癌及癌前病变的病因及流行病学，并系统地梳理了国内外在宫颈癌筛查领域的最新进展，旨在为临床工作者提供全面的宫颈癌筛查技术进展，以促进早期发现和治疗，降低宫颈癌的发病率和死亡率。

• Cervical cancer is one of the major threats to women′s health worldwide, and although it is a cancer that can be effectively prevented through early screening and diagnosis, accurate diagnosis still faces challenges. This article reviews the etiology and epidemiology of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and systematically reviews the latest progress in the field of cervical cancer screening at home and abroad, aiming to provide clinicians with comprehensive advances in cervical cancer screening technology, promote early detection and treatment, and reduce the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer.
