• 摘要：

• 炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种胃肠道慢性复发性非特异性疾病，包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病。IBD的发病机制包括遗传易感性、肠道微生物菌群组成、肠道黏膜屏障功能受损、肠道免疫反应的作用。目前IBD治疗的主要方法是药物治疗，但IBD的药物治疗主要通过调节免疫系统，抑制炎症，阻碍免疫细胞生成和黏附分子表达而发挥作用，部分药物不良反应较大，很大程度地局限了IBD的治疗。非药物治疗方面的研究已经取得了较大进展，并为IBD的治疗带来了全新的思路，本文对IBD非药物治疗的研究进展进行综述。

• Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic recurrent non-specific disease of the gastrointestinal tract, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn′s disease. The pathogenesis of IBD includes genetic susceptibility, gut microbiota composition, impaired intestinal mucosal barrier function, and the role of intestinal immune response.At present, the main method of IBD treatment is drug therapy, but the drug therapy of IBD mainly plays a role by regulating the immune system, inhibiting inflammation, hindering the generation of immune cells and the expression of adhesion molecules. Some drugs have great adverse reactions, which greatly limits the treatment of IBD. The research of non-drug treatment has made great progress and brought new ideas for the treatment of IBD. This article reviews the research progress of non-drug treatment for IBD.
