• 摘要：

• 乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，直接影响到女性的身心健康及生活质量。内分泌治疗作为乳腺癌治疗的重要组成部分，能够显著提高患者的生存率和生活质量。然而，在内分泌治疗过程中，患者的随访管理往往被忽视，导致治疗效果评估不足，以及心理支持缺乏等问题。目前尽管已有研究探讨乳腺癌内分泌治疗的相关策略，但针对随访的具体要点仍缺乏系统的总结和分析。本文介绍了雌激素在乳腺癌中的作用和内分泌治疗的作用机制，并全面综述了乳腺癌患者在内分泌治疗中的随访关键要点，包括治疗效果评估、并发症监测、生活质量评估及心理支持等方面。通过对相关文献的综合分析，旨在为临床医师提供有效的随访策略，以改善患者的预后和生活质量，从而为乳腺癌的综合管理提供参考依据。

• Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, which directly affects women′s physical and mental health and quality of life. As an important part of breast cancer treatment, endocrine therapy can significantly improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients. However, in the process of endocrine therapy, the follow-up management of patients is often neglected, resulting in insufficient evaluation of treatment effect and lack of psychological support. At present, although some studies have explored the strategies of endocrine therapy for breast cancer, there is still a lack of systematic summary and analysis of the specific points of follow-up. This article introduces the role of estrogen in breast cancer and the mechanism of endocrine therapy, and comprehensively reviews the key points of follow-up in breast cancer patients with endocrine therapy, including therapeutic effect evaluation, complications monitoring, quality of life evaluation and psychological support. Through a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature, this paper aims to provide clinicians with effective follow-up strategies to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, so as to provide a reference for the comprehensive management of breast cancer.
