• 摘要：

• 心力衰竭作为老年人群中最常见的慢性疾病之一，不仅影响患者的身体健康，还伴随多种合并症影响患者的生活质量，特别是认知功能障碍。近年来，心力衰竭患者的血压管理逐渐受到重视，相关研究显示血压水平与认知功能障碍之间存在密切相关性，高血压、低血压以及血压变异性均可能对认知功能产生不同程度的影响，而这些影响的机制尚未完全阐明。此外，临床干预措施的有效性和适应性也亟需进一步探讨。本文旨在综述心力衰竭患者的血压管理现状，分析其对认知功能的影响及潜在生理机制，探讨当前研究中存在的问题，并提出未来的研究方向，以期为改善心力衰竭患者的整体健康提供新思路。

• Heart failure, as one of the most common chronic diseases in the elderly population, not only affects the physical health of patients, but also affects the quality of life of patients with a variety of complications, especially cognitive dysfunction. In recent years, the management of blood pressure in patients with heart failure has received increasing attention. Related studies have shown that there is a close correlation between blood pressure level and cognitive dysfunction. Hypertension, hypotension and blood pressure variability may have different degrees of impact on cognitive function, but the mechanism of these effects has not been fully elucidated. In addition, the effectiveness and adaptability of clinical interventions need to be further explored. This article aims to review the current status of blood pressure management in patients with heart failure, analyze its effects on cognitive function and potential physiological mechanisms, explore the existing problems in current research, and propose future research directions, in order to provide new ideas for improving the overall health of patients with heart failure.
