• 摘要：

• 我国心血管疾病患病率及死亡率逐年升高，每年冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者人数在逐年递增，积极实施术后心脏康复至关重要。目前心脏康复共识的核心环节是运动康复，中医对心脏康复亦有其独到之处。本文就冠状动脉旁路移植术后常见并发症出血、感染、疼痛等方面进行中医研究进展的综述。

• The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular disease in China are increasing year by year, and the number of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting is increasing year by year. It is essential to actively implement postoperative cardiac rehabilitation. The core link of the current consensus on cardiac rehabilitation is exercise rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine also has its own unique advantages in cardiac rehabilitation. This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on bleeding, infection, pain and other common complications after coronary artery bypass grafting.
