脑卒中是目前全球最常见的死亡原因之一。哺乳动物叉头框(Fox)O1在脑卒中的发生发展过程中扮演着重要的角色,例如诱导细胞死亡和炎症反应、抑制氧化损伤、影响血脑屏障和调节肝糖异生。针对FoxO1在脑卒中的发生发展过程中扮演的这些角色,虽然采取了不同的措施和治疗方法,但是FoxO1在其中的作用及其机制仍然难以捉摸,甚至相互矛盾。因此,这些作用及其机制的确定将进一步启示FoxO1的信号转导和与其相关的靶向药物的研究,继而为预防和治疗脑卒中提供重要方法或依据。本文对FoxO1在脑卒中发病中的作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述。
Stroke is currently one of the most common causes of death in the world. The mammalian forkhead box (Fox) O1 plays important roles in the occurrence and development of stroke, such as inducing cell death and inflammatory response, inhibiting oxidative damage, affecting the blood-brain barrier, and regulating hepatic gluconeogenesis. In view of these roles of FoxO1 in the occurrence and development of stroke, different measures and treatments have been adopted, but the role and mechanism of FoxO1 remain elusive and even contradictory. Therefore, the identification of these effects and their mechanisms will further reveal the FoxO1 signal transduction and related targeted drugs, and then provide an important method or basis for the prevention and treatment of stroke. This article reviews the research progress of FoxO1 in the pathogenesis of stroke and its mechanism.
