• 摘要：

• 硫酸吲哚酚是肠源性蛋白质结合尿毒症毒素，随着慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者肾脏滤过功能进行性降低，导致硫酸吲哚酚在体内蓄积，进一步加重CKD的进展。本综述讨论硫酸吲哚酚对CKD的影响，从氧化应激、炎症反应、线粒体功能障碍等方面论述硫酸吲哚酚对CKD患者肾小管上皮细胞的影响，旨在为保护透析患者残余肾功能延缓疾病进展提供思路。

• Indoxyl sulfate is a gut-derived protein binding uremic toxin. With the progressive reduction of renal filtration function in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), indoxyl sulfate accumulates in the body, which further aggravates the progress of CKD. This review discusses the effects of indoxyl sulfate on CKD, and discusses the effects of indoxyl sulfate on renal tubular epithelial cells in CKD patients from the aspects of oxidative stress, inflammatory response, and mitochondrial dysfunction, so as to provide ideas for protecting residual renal function in dialysis patients and delaying disease progression.
