• 医疗机构制剂作为市售药物的重要补充，在临床应用中具有广泛需求。其中，中药颗粒剂因其吸收迅速、服用便捷等优点，已成为医疗机构制剂的重要组成部分。然而，随着医药科技的快速发展，现有中药制药设备在智能化、标准化等方面仍存在明显不足，导致医疗机构中药制剂普遍面临制备工艺落后、设备性能不稳定、质量均一性差等问题，制约了临床疗效的发挥。本文通过系统分析近年中药颗粒剂临床应用与制备工艺的相关研究进展，深入探讨其发展现状、关键问题及未来趋势，以期为医疗机构制剂的工艺改进与创新发展提供理论依据和实践指导。

• As an important supplement to commercially available drugs, medical institution preparations have a wide range of needs in clinical application. Among them, traditional Chinese medicine granules have become an important part of preparations in medical institutions because of their advantages of rapid absorption and convenient administration. However, with the rapid development of medical technology, there are still obvious deficiencies in the intelligence and standardization of existing traditional Chinese medicine equipment. As a result, traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions are generally faced with problems such as backward preparation process, unstable equipment performance, and poor quality uniformity, which restrict the clinical efficacy. This article systematically analyzes the research progress of clinical application and preparation process of traditional Chinese medicine granules in recent years, and deeply discusses its development status, key issues and future trends, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the process improvement, innovation and development of preparations in medical institutions.
