补肺汤合六君子汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽的临床效果

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨补肺汤合六君子汤加减治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年4月于湖北省武汉市中医医院就诊的102例肺炎支原体感染后肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽患儿，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各51例。对照组给予口服阿奇霉素治疗；观察组在对照组基础上给予补肺汤合六君子汤加减治疗。2组均治疗14 d。比较2组咳嗽评分、血清炎性因子、临床症状或体征消失时间、中医证候评分、实验室检查指标、临床疗效。结果 治疗后2组患儿咳嗽评分、血清炎性因子水平、中医证候评分、实验室检查指标均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组患儿临床症状或体征消失时间均短于对照组(均P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组［94.1%（48/51）比84.3%（43/51）］，差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.537，P=0.009）。结论 补肺汤合六君子汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽临床效果显著。

• Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei decoction and Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic cough with deficiency of lung-spleen Qi after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods A total of 102 children with chronic cough of lung-spleen Qi deficiency after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hubei Province from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral azithromycin. The observation group was treated with Bufei decoction and Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The cough score, serum inflammatory factors, disappearance time of clinical symptoms or signs, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, laboratory test indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the cough scores, serum inflammatory factor levels, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and laboratory test indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The disappearance times of clinical symptoms or signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［94.1%(48/51) vs 84.3%(43/51)］(χ2=11.537, P=0.009). Conclusion Modified Bufei decoction and Liujunzi decoction combined with azithromycin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
