• 摘要：

• 深在性囊性胃炎（GCP）是一种临床上罕见的胃黏膜下病变，其特征是胃腺息肉样增生和囊性扩张，并延伸至胃黏膜下层。因其临床症状和内镜下表现呈非特异性，术前诊断仍存在困难，必须结合组织病理学检查才能明确诊断。本文报告1例因腹部胀痛入院，经内镜下黏膜剥离术后组织病理学明确诊断为GCP的病例。并从其病因及发病机制、临床表现、影像学特征、诊断及治疗等方面报道并进行相关文献复习，以提高临床医师对该疾病的认知。

• Gastritis cystis profunda (GCP) is a rare clinical gastric submucosal lesion characterized by polypoid hyperplasia and cystic dilatation of gastric glands extending into the gastric submucosa. Due to the non-specific clinical symptoms and endoscopic findings, preoperative diagnosis is still difficult, and histopathological examination is necessary to make a definite diagnosis. This article reports a case of GCP diagnosed by histopathology after endoscopic mucosal dissection due to abdominal distension and pain. And report on its etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, imaging features, diagnosis and treatment, and review relevant literature to improve clinical physicians′ understanding of the disease.
