• 摘要：

• 先兆子痫是孕妇死亡的主要原因之一，早期识别、风险分层及靶向治疗策略是预防先兆子痫和改善该症患者临床预后的有效措施。近年来，随着对维生素D研究的深入，越来越多的证据表明，充足合适的维生素D水平对维持正常妊娠及预防先兆子痫的发生具有重要意义。维生素D缺乏不仅与先兆子痫发生风险增加相关，还可能影响疾病的进展和严重程度，但其发病机制的研究仍需更多理论数据的支持。因此，深入探讨维生素D在先兆子痫中的作用机制，不仅有助于我们更好地理解先兆子痫的发病机制，也可为开发新的预防和治疗策略提供思路。

• Preeclampsia is one of the main causes of maternal mortality, and early identification, risk stratification, and targeted treatment strategies are effective measures to prevent preeclampsia and improve the clinical prognosis of patients with this condition. In recent years, with the deepening of research on vitamin D, more and more evidence has shown that sufficient and appropriate levels of vitamin D are of great significance for maintaining normal pregnancy and preventing the occurrence of preeclampsia. Vitamin D deficiency is not only associated with an increased risk of preeclampsia, but may also affect the progression and severity of the disease. However, further theoretical data is needed to support the study of its pathogenesis. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the mechanism of vitamin D in preeclampsia not only helps us better understand the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, but also provides ideas for developing new prevention and treatment strategies.
