• 摘要：

• 目的 探究心磁图仪对冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）患者冠状动脉评估的价值。方法 收集2024年4月1日至2024年12月30日在首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院心血管内科以胸闷和/或胸痛住院，并拟诊为冠心病的患者165例，最后诊断为冠心病者55例，排除冠心病者110例。入选患者均完成心磁图、冠状动脉CT血管造影（CTA）、冠状动脉造影检查。以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准，比较心磁图与冠状动脉CTA对冠心病诊断的效能。结果 心磁图诊断冠心病的敏感度为86.7%，特异度为83.3%，阳性预测值为81.2%，阴性预测值为88.2%，准确度为84.8%；冠状动脉CTA诊断冠心病的敏感度为69.9%，特异度为65.6%，阳性预测值为65.6%，阴性预测值为63.6%，准确度为57.7%。结论 心磁图仪有可能成为判断冠心病严重程度的一种全新手段，可在冠状动脉造影前提供患者更多可靠的信息。

• Objective To explore the value of magnetocardiography in the evaluation of coronary artery in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods A total of 165 patients who were hospitalized with chest tightness and / or chest pain in the Department of Cardiology, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, Capital Medical University from April 1, 2024 to December 30, 2024 and were suspected of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were collected. Finally, 55 patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and 110 patients were excluded from coronary heart disease. All the selected patients completed magnetocardiogram, coronary CT angiography (CTA) and coronary angiography. Taking the results  of coronary angiography as the gold standard, the efficacy of magnetocardiogram and coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of magnetocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were 86.7%, 83.3%, 81.2%, 88.2% and 84.8%, respectively; the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were 69.9%, 65.6%, 65.6%, 63.6% and 57.7%, respectively. Conclusion Magnetocardiography may become a new method to judge the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which can provide more reliable information for patients before coronary angiography.
