复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果观察

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属医院瑞金医院治疗的98例干眼症患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（49例）和观察组（49例）。对照组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液（1滴/次，3次/d）治疗。观察组采用复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗，玻璃酸钠滴眼液的用法与对照组一致，复方血栓通胶囊3粒/次，3次/d口服。2组均治疗4周。治疗后评价治疗效果，比较2组眼睛干涩感、视力波动、灼烧感、异物感改善时间，比较2组治疗前后泪液核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体1（NOD-1）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平，记录2组出现的不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组［95.9%（47/49）比81.6%（40/49）］，差异有统计学意义（P=0.025）。观察组眼睛干涩感、视力波动、灼烧感、异物感改善时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。2组治疗后泪液中的NOD-1、CRP和IL-6浓度均低于治疗前（均P＜0.05）；且观察组治疗后泪液中的NOD-1、CRP和IL-6浓度均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.558）。结论 联合使用复方血栓通胶囊和玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症，可迅速改善患者的临床症状，且对患者的眼部炎症有明显改善作用，安全性较好。

• Objective To investigate the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye. syndrome. Methods A total of 98 patients with dry eye syndrome treated in Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from March 2021 to December 2023 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (49 cases). The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops (1 drop/time, 3 times/d). The observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the usage of sodium hyaluronate eye drops was the same as that of the control group; compound Xueshuantong capsule was 3 capsules/time, 3 times/day orally. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated, and the improvement times of eye dryness, visual acuity fluctuation, burning sensation and foreign body sensation were compared between the two groups. The levels of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor 1 (NOD-1), C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in tear were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ［95.9%(47/49) vs 81.6%(40/49)］(P=0.025). The improvement times of eye dryness, visual acuity fluctuation, burning sensation and foreign body sensation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the concentrations of NOD-1, CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (all P < 0.05). The concentrations of NOD-1, CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.558). Conclusion The combined use of compound Xueshuantong capsule and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a significant improvement in the eye inflammation of patients, with good safety.
