温阳补髓汤联合潞党参口服液对癌因性疲乏的疗效分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨温阳补髓汤联合潞党参口服液对癌因性疲乏（CRF）的疗效。方法 选取中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的CRF患者146例，应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各73例。对照组在癌症常规治疗基础上应用潞党参口服液治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合温阳补髓汤治疗，2组均治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后Piper疲乏量表评分、疲劳程度分级、中医证候评分以及疗效。结果 治疗后，2组行为、情绪、感觉和认知评分均低于治疗前，且观察组各项评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组与对照组疲乏程度均低于治疗前（均P＜0.001），且观察组低于对照组（P=0.004）。治疗后，2组中医证候评分均低于治疗前（均P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组［（14.4±2.3）分比（19.7±3.4）分］（P<0.001）。观察组总有效率高于对照组［91.8%（67/73）比75.3%（55/73）］（P=0.007）。结论 温阳补髓汤联合潞党参口服液可有效改善CRF患者的临床症状、降低疲乏程度，临床疗效确切。

• Objective To investigate the curative effect of Wenyang Busui decoction combined with Ludangshen oral liquid on cancer-related fatigue (CRF). Methods A total of 146 patients with CRF admitted to Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 73 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ludangshen oral liquid on the basis of conventional cancer treatment, and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Busui decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The Piper fatigue scale score, fatigue degree classification, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of behavior, emotion, feeling and cognition of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the degrees of fatigue in the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.001), and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P=0.004). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ［(14.4±2.3) vs (19.7±3.4)］ (P<0.001). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［91.8% (67/73) vs 75.3% (55/73)］(P=0.007). Conclusion Wenyang Busui decoction combined with Ludangshen oral liquid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CRF, reduce the degree of fatigue, and has a definite clinical effect.
