• 摘要：

• 胎儿动脉导管早闭有导致不良预后的风险。本文针对1例产前超声提示胎儿动脉导管的病例的彩色多普勒超声的表现、临床处理及新生儿预后，同时复习国内外相关文献资料，探讨及分析该病的原因、临床处理方案及预后。本例孕妇2次彩色多普勒超声提示胎儿心脏渐进性恶化，并及时剖宫产终止妊娠，新生儿预后良好。动脉导管早闭的新生儿预后与胎儿心脏受损程度、终止妊娠孕周及病因有关，在胎儿心功能失代偿之前，可密切观察谨慎延长孕周，通过超声等途径监测胎儿心功能，及时把握终止妊娠时机，大部分新生儿预后良好。此外，对于特发性病例可考虑基因检测明确病因。

• Fetal premature ductus arteriosus is associated with a risk of poor prognosis. In this paper, the color Doppler ultrasound manifestations, clinical management and neonatal prognosis of a case of fetal ductus arteriosus suggested by prenatal ultrasound are analyzed, and the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed to explore and analyze the cause, clinical management and prognosis of the disease. In this case, two times of color Doppler ultrasound showed progressive deterioration of fetal heart, and the pregnancy was terminated by cesarean section in time. The newborn had a good prognosis. The neonatal prognosis of premature ductus arteriosus is related to the degree of fetal heart damage, gestational age at termination and etiology. Before fetal cardiac decompensation, close observation and careful extension of gestational age, monitoring of fetal cardiac function by ultrasound and other means, and timely termination of pregnancy can lead to good prognosis of most neonates. In addition, genetic testing can be considered for idiopathic cases to determine the etiology.
