中性粒细胞性哮喘通常表现为对类固醇抵抗,并且可能发展为严重的哮喘。中性粒细胞性哮喘中的关键免疫细胞是辅助性T细胞17,通过分泌白细胞介素17(IL-7)招募中性粒细胞,促进中性粒细胞性哮喘的发生发展。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是一个由多种蛋白质组成的免疫传感器复合体,在中性粒细胞性哮喘的进展过程中发挥促进作用。研究表明,阻断NLRP3/IL-1β/IL-17信号通路对治疗这类哮喘具有一定的效果。本文通过探讨NLRP3炎症小体的生物学特性及其在中性粒细胞性哮喘中的发病机制,总结了靶向NLRP3炎症小体治疗中性粒细胞性哮喘的研究进展,旨在为中性粒细胞性哮喘的治疗研究提供新视角。
Neutrophilic asthma is often resistant to steroids and may progress to severe asthma. The key immune cell in neutrophilic asthma is T helper cell 17, which recruits neutrophils by secreting interleukin-17 (IL-7) and promotes the occurrence and development of neutrophilic asthma. The nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3) inflammasome is an immunosensor complex composed of a variety of proteins, which plays a promoting role in the progression of neutrophilic asthma. Studies have shown that blocking NLRP3/IL-1β/IL-17 signaling pathway has a certain effect on the treatment of this type of asthma. This article discusses the biological characteristics of NLRP3 inflammasome and its pathogenesis in neutrophilic asthma, and summarizes the research progress of targeting NLRP3 inflammasome in the treatment of neutrophilic asthma, aiming to provide a new perspective for the treatment of neutrophilic asthma.
