脑卒中是全球成年人口的主要残疾原因之一。需要康复治疗的脑卒中后患者数量每年都在增长。传统的康复方法对恢复肢体运动功能的影响有限,尤其是对于严重的运动功能障碍。近些年,新兴的智能康复技术,如生物反馈技术、脑机接口技术、机器人辅助、可穿戴技术、远程康复和非侵入性脑刺激等已成为改善患者功能结果的新选择。这些技术以其先进的科技手段,为脑卒中患者提供了更加个性化、全面化的康复支持,有效促进了患者的运动功能恢复和生活质量提升。本文旨在对智能康复技术近几年的研究现状进行综述,从而为未来的研究方向及临床应用提供参考。
Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability in the global adult population. The number of post-stroke patients requiring rehabilitation is growing every year. Traditional rehabilitation methods have limited effect on the recovery of limb motor function, especially for severe motor dysfunction. In recent years, emerging intelligent rehabilitation technologies, such as biofeedback technology, brain-computer interface technology, robot-assisted, wearable technology, remote rehabilitation and non-invasive brain stimulation, have become new options to improve patients′ functional outcomes. With its advanced scientific and technological means, these technologies provide more personalized and comprehensive rehabilitation support for stroke patients, and effectively promote the recovery of motor function and the improvement of quality of life of patients. This article aims to review the research status of intelligent rehabilitation technology in recent years, so as to provide reference for future research direction and clinical application.
