• 摘要：

• 抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍与失眠关系密切，是引起失眠最常见的原因，给患者的家庭、社会、工作或学业带来严重的困扰。准确地评估抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍患者的睡眠状况并及时给予对应的治疗措施至关重要。本文就抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍伴失眠的发病机制的最新研究进展进行综述，以期加深临床医师对抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍合并失眠的认识，为临床诊治提供参考。

• Depressive disorder and anxiety disorder are closely related to insomnia, which is the most common cause of insomnia and brings serious trouble to patients′ family, society, work or study. It is very important to accurately evaluate the sleep status of patients with depression and anxiety disorders and give corresponding treatment measures in time. This article reviews the latest research progress on the pathogenesis of depression, anxiety disorder and insomnia, in order to deepen the clinicians′ understanding of depression, anxiety disorder and insomnia, and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
