子痫前期患者血清标志物水平变化及其诊断价值

  • 目的 探究子痫前期(PE)患者血清神经肽FF受体2(NPFFR2)、连蛋白、X-框结合蛋白1(XBP1)水平变化及其诊断价值。方法 选取2021年12月至2023年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院的58例PE患者(PE组)和59例健康孕妇(对照组)作为研究对象。依据PE患者临床症状将PE组患者分为轻度组(31例)和重度组(27例)。比较研究对象的临床资料和血清指标,采用多因素Logistic回归分析PE发生的影响因素;采用受试者工作特征曲线评估血清NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1诊断PE的价值。结果 PE组血清NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示血清NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1水平均是PE发生的影响因素(均P<0.05)。NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1单独诊断PE的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.789、0.798、0.801,三者联合诊断PE的AUC为0.912,联合诊断的AUC高于单独诊断(均P<0.05)。重度组患者血清NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1水平均高于轻度组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PE患者血清NPFFR2、连蛋白、XBP1水平均升高,联合诊断PE发生的效能较高,可辅助临床诊断。

  • Objective To investigate the changes and diagnostic value of serum neuropeptide FF receptor 2 (NPFFR2), Zonulin and X-box binding protein 1 (XBP1) in patients with preeclampsia (PE). Methods A total of 58 PE patients (PE group) and 59 healthy pregnant women (control group) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to the clinical symptoms of PE patients, the PE group was divided into mild group (31 cases) and severe group (27 cases). The clinical data and serum indexes of the research subjects were compared. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of PE. The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the value of serum NPFFR2, Zonulin and XBP1 in the diagnosis of PE. Results The serum levels of NPFFR2, Zonulin and XBP1 in the PE group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum NPFFR2, Zonulin and XBP1 levels were influencing factors for PE (all P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of NPFFR2, Zonulin, and XBP1 in the diagnosis of PE were 0.789, 0.798, and 0.801, respectively. The AUC of combined diagnosis of PE was 0.912, and the AUC of combined diagnosis was higher than that of individual diagnosis (all P<0.05). The serum levels of NPFFR2, fibronectin and XBP1 in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of NPFFR2, Zonulin and XBP1 in PE patients are increased, and the combined diagnosis of PE has a high efficacy, which can assist clinical diagnosis.
