• 摘要：

• 目的 探究康复新液联合利奈唑胺治疗儿童肺结核的效果。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年10月青海省妇女儿童医院收治的188例肺结核患儿，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组，各94例。在标准化治疗的基础上，对照组给予利奈唑胺治疗，联合组在对照组基础上给予康复新液治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、病情缓解时间、炎症因子、免疫功能及不良反应。结果 联合组总有效率大于对照组［95.7%（90/94）比87.2%（82/94）］（P=0.037）。联合组空洞闭合时间、病灶吸收时间、痰培养转阴时间、抗酸染色涂片阴性时间均短于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组的γ干扰素、白细胞介素10、高敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组的CD+4、CD+4/CD+8比值均高于对照组，CD+8低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.194）。结论 康复新液联合利奈唑胺治疗儿童肺结核的效果突出，能有效缩短病情缓解时间，降低炎症因子的表达，提高免疫功能且安全性较好。

• Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with linezolid in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in children. Methods A total of 188 children with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Qinghai Women and Children′s Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and combined group, with 94 cases in each group. On the basis of standardized treatment, the control group was treated with linezolid, and the combined group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, remission time, inflammatory factors, immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group ［95.7%(90/94) vs 87.2%(82/94)］(P=0.037). The cavity closure time, lesion absorption time, sputum culture negative time and acid-fast staining smear negative time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of interferon-γ, interleukin-10 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the CD+4 and CD+4/CD+8 ratios in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and CD+8 was lower than that in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.194). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with linezolid is effective in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in children, which can effectively shorten the remission time, reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, improve immune function, and has good safety.
