  • 我国人口老龄化加剧,对老年医学科医师的规范化培训提出更高要求。老年医学教育具有跨学科、用药多重、老年综合征评估方法复杂等特点。传统的“学术型”教学方法培养老年医学学生,难以形成完整的知识链,与现代医学教育中的“整体观”和“整合思想”不符。基于器官系统整合(OSBC)的医学培养模式可以横向和纵向整合各个学科的知识,加强基础学科和临床课程的关联性,有益于培养跨学科复合人才,有益于提高人文素养。OSBC应用于老年医学医师培训,顺应当今临床医学教育的改革方向,对推动医疗卫生事业的进步具有重大意义。本文从OSBC教育的发展现状、现有老年医学教育模式以及OSBC在老年医学教学中的发展前景等多个方面进行阐述。

  • With the aging of the population in China, the standardized training of geriatricians is required. Geriatric medical education is characterized by interdisciplinary, multiple medications, and complex assessment methods  for geriatric syndromes. The traditional "academic" teaching method is difficult to form a complete knowledge chain for geriatric medical students, which is inconsistent with the "holism" and "integration thought" in modern medical education. The medical training model organ of system-based curriculum (OSBC) can integrate the knowledge of various disciplines horizontally and vertically, strengthen the correlation between basic disciplines and clinical courses, which is beneficial to the training of interdisciplinary composite talents and the improvement of humanistic quality. The application of OSBC in geriatric physician training conforms to the current reform direction of clinical medical education, which is of great significance to promote the progress of medical and health care. This article expounds the development status of OSBC education, the existing geriatric education model and the development prospect of OSBC in geriatric education.
