• 帕金森病常伴随严重的睡眠障碍，严重影响患者生活质量。阿扑吗啡是一种多巴胺受体激动剂，在帕金森病的治疗中展现出良好的前景。现有研究表明，阿扑吗啡能够有效调节多巴胺功能，从而改善睡眠结构紊乱及昼夜节律失调等问题。然而，目前对其具体作用机制及临床应用的系统性研究仍较为有限。本文旨在综述阿扑吗啡在帕金森病睡眠障碍中的应用进展，探讨其作用机制、临床研究结果以及未来的研究方向，以期为临床实践提供参考。

• Parkinson′s disease is often accompanied by severe sleep disorders, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Apopmorphine is a dopamine receptor agonist and shows good prospects in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease. Existing studies have shown that apopmorphine can effectively regulate dopamine function, thereby improving problems such as sleep structure disorders and circadian rhythm imbalances. However, at present, systematic research on its specific mechanism of action and clinical application is still relatively limited. This article aims to review the application progress of apopmorphine in sleep disorders of Parkinson′s disease, explore its mechanism of action, clinical research results and future research directions, with the expectation of providing references for clinical practice.
