  • 糖尿病作为临床上常见的一种慢性代谢性疾病,有着发病率高、治疗周期长、并发症多等特点。糖尿病性创面的低治愈率是患者残疾和死亡率较高的主要原因,其对患者的身心健康及生活质量造成严重的影响。因此,如何提高糖尿病性创面的治愈率已成为急需解决的难题。细胞坏死性凋亡是近些年研究的热点之一,作为新型的细胞程序性死亡途径,参与多种炎症反应。研究表明,细胞坏死性凋亡参与糖尿病的发病过程,在糖尿病性创面愈合中发挥着极其重要的作用。肿瘤坏死因子α、受体相互作用丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白1/3和混合谱系激酶配体等因子是调控细胞坏死性凋亡信号通路的主要蛋白,也影响着糖尿病及其并发症的愈合。本文通过阐述细胞坏死性凋亡与创面相关蛋白的研究及其在糖尿病性创面中的作用机制,为临床治疗糖尿病性创面提供借鉴。

  • Diabetes, as a common chronic metabolic disease in clinical practice, is characterized by a high incidence rate, a long treatment cycle and many complications. The low cure rate of diabetic wounds is the main reason for the high disability and mortality rate of patients, which has a serious impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. Therefore, how to improve the cure rate of diabetic wounds has become an urgent problem to be solved.Cell necrotizing apoptosis is one of the research hotspots in recent years. As a novel programmed cell death pathway, it is involved in various inflammatory responses. Studies have shown that necrotizing apoptosis of cells is involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes and plays an extremely important role in the healing of diabetic wounds. Factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α, receptor-interacting serine-threonine protein 1/3, and mixed lineage kinase ligands are the main proteins regulating the signaling pathway of cell necrotizing apoptosis and also affect the healing of diabetes and its complications. This article elaborates on the research of cell necrotizing apoptosis and surface-related proteins and their mechanism of action in diabetic wounds, providing a reference for the clinical treatment of diabetic wounds.
