• 摘要：

• 类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病，以关节炎症为主要特征，常导致关节疼痛、活动受限、畸形甚至功能丧失，严重影响患者的生活质量及心理健康。本文综述了影响RA患者生活质量和心理健康的主要因素，并总结了近年来针对RA患者的干预措施，旨在为改善RA患者生活质量和心理健康的临床实践提供理论依据和参考。

• Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by joint inflammation, which often leads to joint pain, limited movement, deformity and even loss of function, seriously affecting the quality of life and mental health of patients. This article reviews the main factors affecting the quality of life and mental health of RA patients, and summarizes the interventions for RA patients in recent years, aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical practice to improve the quality of life and mental health of RA patients.
