• 摘要：

• M1型巨噬细胞与辅助性T细胞17（Th17）在免疫微环境中发挥着重要的调控作用，二者对于免疫反应、炎症反应及自身免疫疾病的发生发展具有深远的影响。近年来，随着对免疫系统理解的深入，M1型巨噬细胞与Th17的研究逐渐成为热点，然而二者在不同疾病模型中的具体作用机制、相互调节关系及其临床应用仍存在许多未解之谜。本文综述了M1型巨噬细胞与Th17在免疫微环境调控中的最新研究进展，重点分析了二者在多种疾病中的作用机制，探讨了当前研究的局限性及未来可能的研究方向,以期为未来的基础研究和临床免疫治疗提供一定的参考。

• M1 macrophages and T helper cell 17 (Th17) play an important regulatory role in the immune microenvironment. Both of them have a profound impact on immune response, inflammatory response and the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases. In recent years, with the in-depth understanding of the immune system, the study of M1 macrophages and Th17 cells has gradually become a hot topic. However, there are still many unsolved mysteries in the specific mechanism, mutual regulatory relationship and clinical application of the two in different disease models. This article reviews the latest research progress of M1 macrophages and Th17 in the regulation of immune microenvironment, focusing on the mechanism of action of both in a variety of diseases, and discussing the limitations of current research and possible future research directions, in order to provide certain reference for future basic research and clinical immunotherapy.
