• 摘要：

• 创伤后骨髓炎是创伤后病原微生物侵入骨组织并繁殖引发的感染性病变，存在诊断慢、感染难控、清创规划难及缺损修复复杂等临床痛点。目前多数患者因诊断不及时、感染与手术缺损难控制导致治疗效果欠佳，亟需新诊疗方法改善预后。鉴于此，本文整合近年国内外最新研究，重点探讨其快速诊断、抗菌治疗及手术重建等的治疗进展，以期为临床实践与研究提供新思路。

• Post-traumatic osteomyelitis is an infectious lesion caused by pathogenic microorganisms invading and multiplying in bone tissue after trauma, with such clinical challenges as delayed diagnosis, refractory infection, difficult debridement planning and complex defect repair. At present, most patients have poor therapeutic outcomes due to delayed diagnosis and difficulty in controlling infection and surgical defects, so new diagnostic and therapeutic methods are urgently needed to improve prognosis. In view of this, this paper integrates the latest domestic and international research in recent years, focusing on the therapeutic advances in rapid diagnosis, antibacterial therapy and surgical reconstruction, aiming to provide new ideas for clinical practice and research.
