环孢素A联合槐杞黄颗粒中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血儿童的临床效果观察

• 摘要：

• 目的 观察环孢素A联合槐杞黄颗粒中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血（AA）儿童的临床效果。方法 收集2020年10月至2023年10月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的62例AA患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照治疗方案不同分为对照组（32例，接受环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片口服治疗）和观察组（30例，在对照组基础上接受槐杞黄颗粒口服治疗）。比较2组临床疗效、恢复指标及治疗前后中医证候积分、血常规指标、T淋巴细胞亚群、γ干扰素水平及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总缓解率高于对照组［96.7%（29/30）比68.8%（22/32）］，就诊次数、重症感染次数、每次住院天数均明显少于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗后观察组各项中医证候积分、CD+4、γ干扰素及辅助性T细胞17水平均低于对照组，血小板计数、血红蛋白、中性粒细胞水平均高于对照组（均P<0.05）。2组各不良反应发生率及不良反应总发生率差异均无统计学意义（均P>0.05）。结论 槐杞黄颗粒药物联合环孢素在AA患儿的临床治疗中具有较高的应用价值，可改善患者的临床症状和免疫功能，安全可靠。

• Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cyclosporin A combined with Huaiqihuang granules in the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of children with aplastic anemia (AA). Methods The clinical data of 62 children with AA admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to October 2023 were collected for retrospective analysis. According to different treatment regimens, the patients were divided into the control group (32 cases, treated with oral cyclosporin capsules combined with stanozolol tablets) and the observation group (30 cases, treated with oral Huaiqihuang granules on the basis of the control group). The clinical efficacy, recovery indicators, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores, blood routine indicators, T lymphocyte subsets, interferon-γ levels before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［96.7%(29/30) vs 68.8%（22/32）］, the number of medical visits and severe infections, the length of each hospitalization were significantly less than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, CD+4, interferon-γ and T helper 17 cell levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the platelet count, hemoglobin and neutrophil levels were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of various adverse reactions and the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion Huaiqihuang granules combined with cyclosporin A has high application value in the clinical treatment of children with AA, which can improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients with good safety and reliability.
