• 摘要：

• 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）作为全球高发的呼吸系统疾病，其治疗面临着病程长、反复发作等难题，近年来通过调节肠道功能以提高COPD患者的临床疗效成为研究热点。“肺与大肠相表里”作为中医脏腑理论之一提出了“肺肠同治”的独特思路，现代医学根据肺与大肠之间微生物及其代谢产物相互串扰的关系提出了“肺-肠轴”理论，为中医药治疗COPD提供了科学依据与研究方向。本文以“肺肠同治”理论为基础，以现代“肺-肠轴”研究为关键，拟通过系统梳理“肺肠同治”到“肺-肠轴”的应用进展，从中药复方、中药灌肠、穴位贴敷等方面治疗COPD，调节菌群失调，恢复免疫平衡，发挥协同治疗作用，以期充分发挥中医经典理论在呼吸系统疾病研究领域的优势，为中医药治疗COPD提供新思路。

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a highly prevalent respiratory disease worldwide, and its treatment is faced with challenges such as a long course of disease and recurrent attacks. In recent years, improving the clinical efficacy of COPD patients by regulating intestinal function has become a research hotspot. As one of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Zang-Fu organ theories, "the lung and large intestine are interior-exterior related" proposes a unique idea of "simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine". Modern medicine has put forward the "lung-gut axis" theory based on the crosstalk relationship between microorganisms and their metabolites between the lung and large intestine, which provides a scientific basis and research direction for the TCM treatment of COPD. Based on the theory of "simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine" and with the modern research on the "lung-gut axis" as the key, this paper intends to systematically sort out the application progress from "simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine" to the "lung-gut axis". It expounds the treatment of COPD by TCM compound prescriptions, TCM enema, acupoint application and other methods , which can regulate intestinal flora imbalance, restore immune balance and exert a synergistic therapeutic effect. This study aims to give full play to the advantages of classic TCM theories in the research field of respiratory diseases and provide new ideas for the TCM treatment of COPD.
