老年肺癌共病呼吸性肌少症的发病机制及管理策略研究进展

• 老年人共病是目前全球关注的热点之一，老年肺癌共病呼吸性肌少症严重降低患者的治疗效果和耐受性，使其生活质量及功能状态恶化，甚至直接增加死亡风险，其对长期医疗和护理管理的需求给医疗系统造成了极大压力。目前关于两种疾病共病的发病机制尚不清楚。本文介绍老年肺癌共病呼吸性肌少症的流行病学现状，分析肺癌共病呼吸性肌少症的发生机制及两种疾病共同的危险因素，总结改善其呼吸肌力及增加肌肉量的干预措施，以期为医护人员对老年肺癌共病呼吸性肌少症的研究和管理提供参考依据，从而改善老年肺癌患者的预后，优化其生存质量。

• Comorbidity in the elderly is one of the global research hotspots at present. Respiratory sarcopenia comorbid with lung cancer in the elderly seriously impairs the therapeutic efficacy and tolerance of patients, exacerbates their quality of life and functional status, and even directly increases the risk of death. The demand for long-term medical and nursing management brings enormous pressure to the medical system. At present, the pathogenesis of the comorbidity of these two diseases remains unclear. This article introduces the epidemiological status of respiratory sarcopenia comorbid with lung cancer in the elderly, analyzes the pathogenesis of lung cancer complicated with respiratory sarcopenia and the common risk factors of the two diseases, and summarizes the intervention measures to improve respiratory muscle strength and increase muscle mass. It is expected to provide a reference for medical staff in the research and management of respiratory sarcopenia comorbid with lung cancer in the elderly, thereby improving the prognosis and optimizing the quality of life of elderly patients with lung cancer.
