• 摘要：

• 晚期卵巢癌复发风险高，病死率高，严重威胁女性健康，规范的维持治疗可控制或延缓肿瘤复发，进而改善患者生存质量并延长生存时间。本共识的编写基于循证医学原则，结合国内外最新的相关研究证据，按照“评、扶、控、护、生”的系统化患者管理理念，广泛征求全国多地相关领域专家的意见，旨在为卵巢癌维持治疗的中西医整合临床实践提供参考。

• Advanced ovarian cancer has a high risk of recurrence and high mortality, which seriously threatens women′s health. Standardized maintenance treatment can control or delay tumor recurrence, thereby improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival time of patients. This consensus is compiled based on the principle of evidence-based medicine, combined with the latest relevant research evidence at home and abroad, and in accordance with the systematic patient management concept of "assessment, support, control, care, and life", and widely solicited opinions from experts in related fields in many parts of the country, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical practice of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in maintenance treatment of ovarian cancer.
