参芎葡萄糖注射液联合贝尼地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对血清正五聚蛋白3和诱导型一氧化氮合酶水平的影响

• 摘要：

• 目的 探究参芎葡萄糖注射液联合贝尼地平治疗冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）心绞痛的效果及对血清正五聚蛋白3（PTX-3）、诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）水平的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月南京市中西医结合医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者148例，按随机数字表法分为对照组、联合组，各74例。对照组给予贝尼地平治疗；联合组在对照组基础上给予参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗，2组均治疗14 d。比较2组治疗后疗效、心功能、生活质量、炎症标志物水平及不良反应。结果 联合组总有效率大于对照组［96.0%(71/74)比82.4%(61/74)］，差异有统计学意义（P=0.008）。治疗后，联合组的心排血量、左心室射血分数、心脏指数均大于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评分均高于治疗前，且联合组SAQ评分高于对照组［（428±57）分比（391±49）分］（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组的PTX-3、iNOS、白细胞介素6水平均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P=0.547)。结论 参芎葡萄糖注射液联合贝尼地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著，其对患者心功能和生活质量具有明显改善作用，同时可有效调控炎症标志物水平，且不良反应较少。

• Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injection combined with benidipine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its effects on serum levels of pentraxin 3 (PTX-3) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Methods A total of 148 patients with angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the combined group with 74 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with benidipine, and the combined group was treated with Shenxiong glucose injection on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The therapeutic efficacy, cardiac function, quality of life, levels of inflammatory markers and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group ［96.0%(71/74) vs 82.4%(61/74)］(P=0.008). After treatment, the cardiac output, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index of the combined group were all higher than those of the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the SAQ score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group ［(428±57) vs (391±49)］(all P＜0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of PTX-3, iNOS and interleukin-6 in the combined group were all lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.547). Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection combined with benidipine has a significant efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which can obviously improve cardiac function and quality of life of patients, effectively regulate the levels of inflammatory markers, and has few adverse reactions.
