• 摘要：

• 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌与代谢紊乱性疾病，其病因与病理生理机制尚未完全阐明，临床管理存在挑战。近年来，肠道菌群与宿主代谢及内分泌的相互作用研究为揭示PCOS的病因与发病机制提供了全新视角。肠道菌群可能通过影响肠屏障功能、激素代谢、短链脂肪酸生成及诱发慢性炎症等多种途径参与PCOS的发生发展。相应地，以肠道微生态调节为目标的干预策略（如膳食干预、益生元、益生菌及天然多酚）凸显出改善PCOS症状的潜力，动物实验及初步临床研究已为此提供了初步证据。本文系统综述了肠道菌群失调在PCOS中的作用机制，以及基于肠道微生态调控的防治策略研究进展，旨在为PCOS防治新策略的研发提供理论参考和思路。

• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine and metabolic disorder disease in women of childbearing age. Its etiology and pathophysiological mechanism have not been fully elucidated, and clinical management is challenging. In recent years, studies on the interaction between intestinal flora and host metabolism and endocrine have provided a new perspective for revealing the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS. Intestinal flora may participate in the occurrence and development of PCOS through various pathways such as affecting intestinal barrier function, hormone metabolism, short-chain fatty acid production and inducing chronic inflammation. Correspondingly, intervention strategies targeting intestinal microecological regulation (such as dietary intervention, prebiotics, probiotics and natural polyphenols) have shown potential in improving PCOS symptoms, which has been supported by preliminary evidence from animal experiments and initial clinical studies. This article systematically reviews the mechanism of intestinal flora dysbiosis in PCOS and the research progress of prevention and treatment strategies based on intestinal microecological regulation, aiming to provide theoretical reference and ideas for the development of new strategies for PCOS prevention and treatment.
