• 本文综述了乳头乳晕复合体（NAC）乳腺癌浸润相关的影像学评估技术的进展及其与临床病理因素的整合策略。本文首先概括了NAC浸润的病理学基础及关键临床病理指标，重点评述了乳腺X线摄影、超声及磁共振成像和新兴影像技术在评估NAC浸润中的最新进展、关键征象及其诊断效能，并探讨了不同影像学特征与特定临床病理因素的交互关系。此外，本文展望了融合多模态影像与临床病理特征的整合预测NAC浸润模型的发展趋势，旨在为保留NAC乳房切除术的术前精准评估提供循证依据。

• This article reviews the research progress of imaging evaluation techniques related to breast cancer invasion into the nipple-areola complex (NAC) and their integration strategies with clinicopathological factors. It firstly summarizes the pathological basis and key clinicopathological indicators of NAC invasion, and focuses on commenting on the latest progress, key imaging signs and diagnostic efficacy of mammography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and emerging imaging technologies in the evaluation of NAC invasion. The interactive relationship between different imaging features and specific clinicopathological factors is also discussed. In addition, this paper prospects the development trend of integrated prediction models for NAC invasion combining multimodal imaging and clinicopathological features, aiming to provide evidence-based reference for precise preoperative evaluation of nipple-areola complex-sparing mastectomy.
