六味地黄丸对腰椎间盘退变的影响和防治研究进展

• 腰椎间盘退变是引起脊柱退行性疾病的病理基础，是导致腰腿痛的主要原因，现已成为中老年人的常见病、多发病，严重影响其生活质量。通过采用补肝肾名方六味地黄丸调控退变的腰椎间盘组织成分，以明确分析白细胞介素、基质金属蛋白酶、雌激素、炎症因子等与腰椎间盘退变的发病机制，有利于中医根据“补肝肾、强筋骨”的治疗原则来防治腰腿痛。

  【Abstract】Lumbar disc degeneration is the pathological basis of spinal degenerative diseases and the main cause of pain in waist and lower extremities, and it is a common and frequently-occurring disease that leads to serious threat on life quality in the elderly. Interleukins, matrix metalloproteinases, estrogen and other inflammatory cytokines play roles in the pathogenesis of lumbar disc degeneration. Liuwei Dihuang pill is a famous prescription for liver and kidney supplements, it can effect these inflammatory factors and lumbar disc degeneration.
