米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果观察

• 目的    探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法    选取2014年 4月至2016年4月北京市第一中西医结合医院确诊的子宫腺肌症患者210例，应用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组，各105例。对照组患者口服米非司酮，观察组患者口服米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊，2组疗程均为3个月。比较2组患者治疗前与治疗3个月痛经评分、子宫体积、糖类抗原125的改变及停药3、6、12个月的痛经复发率。结果    治疗3个月2组患者的痛经评分、子宫体积、糖类抗原125水平均低于治疗前［对照组：（1.27±1.03）分比（2.41±0.22）分，（186±69）cm3比（228±90）cm3，（18±3）kU/L比（64±14）kU/L；观察组：（1.01±0.60）分比（2.40±0.21）分，（155±56）cm3比（228±90）cm3，（18±4）kU/L比（64±14）kU/L］，观察组患者治疗3个月的痛经评分、子宫体积均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。停药3、6个月观察组患者的痛经复发率均低于对照组［13.3%(14/105)比47.6%（50/105），66.7%（70/105）比91.4%（96/105）］（均 P<0.01）。结论    米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊可有效缓解子宫腺肌症患者痛经症状、缩小子宫体积，并降低糖类抗原125水平，降低痛经复发率，疗效优于单独使用米非司酮。

• Objective    To analyze the effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsules on adenomyosis. Methods    Totally 210 patients with adenomyosis were enrolled from April 2014 to April 2016 in Beijing First Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 105 cases in each group. The control group took mifepristone and the control group took mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsules for 3 months. Changes of dysmenorrhea, uterine volume, carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125） after treatment and relapse rates 3, 6, 12 months after drug withdrawal were analyzed. Results    Three morths after treatment, dysmenorrhea score, uterine volume and CA125 level were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups［control group： 1.27±1.03）points vs （2.41±0.22）points， （186±69）cm3 vs （228±90）cm3， （18±3）kU/L vs （64±14）kU/L； observation group： （1.01±0.60）points vs （2.40±0.21）points， （155±56）cm3 vs （228±90）cm3， （18±4）kU/L vs （64±14）kU/L］; dysmenorrhea score and uterine volume in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P<0.05）. The 3-, 6-month relapse rates after drug withdrawal in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group［13.3%(14/105) vs 47.6%（50/105）， 66.7%（70/105） vs 91.4%（96/105）］（P<0.01）. Conclusion    Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsules treating adenomyosis can effectively reduce dysmenorrhea symptom, uterine volume, CA125 level and recurrence rate.
