• 【摘要】目的    探讨胰腺癌组织中转化生长因子βⅡ型受体（TβRⅡ）和Smad4的表达及临床意义。方法    采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例胰腺癌及18例癌旁正常胰腺组织中TβRⅡ和Smad4的表达情况，分析TβRⅡ和Smad4的表达与胰腺癌患者临床病理特征及生存时间的关系。结果    胰腺癌组织TβRⅡ的阳性表达率明显高于正常胰腺组织［55.8%（29/52）比26.9%（14/52），χ2＝8.921，P＝0.003］；胰腺癌组织Smad4的阳性表达率明显低于正常胰腺组织［48.1%（25/52）比92.3%（48/52），χ2＝24.31，P＜0.001］。TβRⅡ的表达与胰腺癌TNM分期存在相关性（χ2＝6.195，P＝0.045）。胰腺癌组织中Smad4表达阳性患者的中位生存时间明显长于表达阴性患者(12.1个月比7.9个月，Log-Rank＝14.622，P＜0.001）。结论    胰腺癌中Smad4表达阴性的患者生存时间更短，预后差，且与TβRⅡ的表达具有相关性。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To explore the expression and significance of transforming growth factor β type Ⅱ recepter (TβRⅡ), Smad4 in pancreatic cancer. Methods    Expressions of TβRⅡ and Smad4 in 52 pancreatic cancer samples and 18 adjacent normal pancreatic samples were detected by immunohistochemistry. Correlations among expressions of TβRⅡ and Smad4, pathological features of pancreatic cancer and survival time of patients were analyzed. Results    Positive expression rate of TβRⅡ in pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue［55.8%（29/52） vs 26.9%（14/52）， χ2＝8.921， P＝0.003］. Positive expression rate of Smad4 in pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal pancreatic tissue［48.1%（25/52） vs 92.3%（48/52）， χ2＝24.31， P＜0.001］. Expression of TβRⅡ was related to the TNM classification of pancreatic cancer（χ2＝6.195， P＝0.045）. Median survival time of patients with positive Smad4 expression was significantly longer than that of patients with negative Smad4 expression(12.1 months vs 7.9 months， Log-Rank＝14.622， P＜0.001）. Conclusion    Patients with negative Smad4 expression are associated with shorter survival period and poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer; there is a correlation between Smad4 expression and TβRⅡ expression.
