治疗夏季常见病证中医方剂比较分析

• 【摘要】目的    分析治疗夏季常见病证中医方剂的共同点与区别。方法    对临床常用治疗夏季常见病证（暑热证、暑热夹湿证、暑湿外感证、暑湿痢疾）中医方剂在药物组成、病机、功能主治以及现代中医临床应用等方面进行对比分析。结果    暑热证常用传统方剂为竹叶石膏汤、白虎汤、王氏清暑益气汤、李氏清暑益气汤；暑热夹湿证常用传统方剂为三仁汤、藿朴夏苓汤、甘露消毒丹；暑湿外感证常用传统方剂为藿香正气散；暑湿痢疾常用传统方剂为黄芩汤、芍药汤、白头翁汤。各相近方剂对治疗不同病症在功能主治方面既有相似之处，又有区别，临床应用各有侧重点。结论    治疗夏季常见病证时，一定要慎重而仔细地辨证分型，针对相近方剂的异同点选择应用，方能取得较好的疗效。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the similarities and differences among Chinese medicine prescriptions in treatment of common diseases and syndromes in summer. Methods    Common diseases in summer are heat syndrome, heat and dampness syndrome, dampness exogenous syndrome and dampness dysentery. Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions treating these syndromes were analyzed in several respects: composition of drug, cause of disease, major function and modern clinical application. Results    Common traditional prescriptions for heat syndrome were Lophatherum and Gypsum decoction, baihu decoction, Wang′s clearing heat and benefiting qi decoction, Li′s clearing heat and benefiting qi decoction. Common traditional prescriptions for heat and dampness syndrome were three-seeds decoction, Agastache rugosus Mangnolia officinalis Pinellia ternata Poria cocos decoction and detoxification pill. Common traditional prescription for dampness exogenous syndrome was Agastache powder. Common traditional prescriptions for dampness dysentery were Scutellaria decoction, Paeoniae decoction and Pulsatillae decoction. These prescriptions showed similarities and differences in major functions and different priorities in clinical application. Conclusion    Chinese medicine prescriptions treating summer diseases should be carefully differentiated and classified according to the similarities and differences of similar prescription and the symptoms and signs of disease.
