• 【摘要】结合医学科研院所当前发展形势，参考相关管理学理论，从医学科研院所内部控制管理的必要性、人力资源管理在科研院所发展中的作用、人力资源管理与内部控制管理相互作用的具体表现、内部控制管理和人力资源管理的相互渗透等方面探讨医学科研院所人力资源管理和内部控制管理整合的相关问题。我们认为医学科研院所的发展离不开内部控制管理和人力资源管理的共同作用。

• 【Abstract】Integration of human resource management and internal control in medical scientific research institution was discussed in this article on the basis of current development situation and reference to management theories. Essences, dimensions and practical strategies of the management integration were discussed from four aspects: the necessity of internal control, the function of human resource management, the interaction between human resource management and internal control, and the interpenetration of internal control and human resource management. There is a critical connection between internal control and human resource management, which plays an indispensable role in the development of medical scientific research institution.
