• 【摘要】心脏康复是涵盖多学科的康复医学，主要包括运动康复、生活方式改善、药物康复、心脏和心理康复、生活质量改善与评估及职业康复6项基本内容。我国冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）发病率逐年增加，经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）治疗技术发展的同时，后续的心脏康复治疗尤其是运动康复滞后。冠心病PCI术后心脏运动康复是心脏康复的重要组成部分，有利于改善患者预后及长期管理和随访研究。本文通过梳理PCI术后运动康复的研究现状，发现这一心内科与康复科交汇的领域目前尚处于起步状态，国内相关研究不够深入，相关问题循证医学证据不足，有待于进一步研究，证实运动康复在冠心病PCI术后患者的远期获益，将有助于心内科医师更好地指导患者进行心脏康复。

• 【Abstract】Cardiac rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary field mainly containing exercise rehabilitation, lifestyle change, drug intervention, psychological rehabilitation, quality of life improvement and occupational rehabilitation. Incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is increasing in China; although the technology of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) has been developed, cardiac exercise rehabilitation had inadequate development. Exercise rehabilitation after PCI is beneficial to the prognosis, long-term management and follow-up study. By reviewing the current researches of exercise rehabilitation after coronary intervention, we found that this field is still in its initial state and the evidence-based literatures are limit in China. Further studies are necessary to confirm the long-term benefits of cardiac exercise rehabilitation and guide the clinical treatment in patients after PCI.
