• 【摘要】炎症性肠病(IBD)是一类病因及发病机制未明的慢性非特异性胃肠道炎性疾病。其诊断主要依靠明确的病史、典型的临床表现、内镜检查及组织活检，而缺乏敏感度和特异度高的简易诊断指标，且现有的治疗措施效果常常不理想。近年来，代谢组学日趋成熟，逐渐成为IBD研究领域中的热点。本文主要对代谢组学在IBD诊疗中的研究进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is a chronic, non-specific inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract. The etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear. The diagnosis of IBD mainly relies on medical history, typical manifestations, endoscopy and tissue biopsy. There are no simple diagnostic indicators with high sensitivity and specificity. The existing treatment measures are not effective. Metabolomics is a hot topic in the research field. This article reviewed the progress of metabonomics in the diagnosis and treatment of IBD.
