• 【摘要】核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白6（NLRP6）是近年来研究较为充分的核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体之一，其不但可以构成炎性小体，参与肠道黏膜的炎性反应，而且可以抑制细胞内的核因子κB和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路，调节下游细胞因子的产生。NLRP6在调控肠道菌群稳态、抑制胃肠道肿瘤、保护肠道黏液屏障以及抗病毒免疫等方面发挥重要作用。本文将结合最新研究对NLRP6的结构、功能以及与多种胃肠道疾病的关系进行阐述。

• 【Abstract】Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein-6(NLRP6) constitutes an inflammasome and participates in the inflammatory response of intestinal mucosa; it also inhibits intracellular nuclear factor-κB and mitogen activated protein kinase signaling pathway and regulates downstream cytokines. In addition, NLRP6 plays an important role in the regulation of intestinal microbial homeostasis, inhibition of gastrointestinal tumors, protection of intestinal mucus barrier, and antiviral immunity. In this paper, we discussed the structure and function of NLRP6 and its relation with gastrointestinal diseases.
