• 【摘要】白内障是世界第1位致盲性疾病，先天性白内障是造成儿童失明和弱视的重要原因。晶状体分化成熟过程受到很多基因调控，形成一个精密的调控网络。其中任何一个调控环节发生异常都可能引起晶状体透明性改变，导致白内障的发生。本文分别从晶状体蛋白基因、细胞骨架蛋白基因、膜蛋白基因、发育及转录因子基因、相关酶基因及其他基因等分类切入，对先天性白内障的致病基因研究进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Cataract is the most prevalent blinding disease throughout the world. Congenital cataract is an important cause of childhood blindness and amblyopia. Lens differentiation and maturation are controlled by various genes, forming a precise regulatory network. Abnormalities in any regulation steps may cause changes in the transparency of lens and lead to the occurrence of cataract. Pathogenic genes of congenital cataract by classification of crystallin genes, cytoskeleton genes, membrane protein genes, development and transcription factor genes, related enzyme genes, and other genes were reviewed in this paper.
