优化以非空腹形式采血门诊检验流程的实证研究

• 【摘要】采血工作在血液检验工作中处在承上启下的关键节点，也是造成医院门诊采血患者数量大且集中情况的原因。针对首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院门诊采血中存在的患者上午集中排队等候采血、患者长时间空腹等候、患者多次往返来院检查等问题，我们创新应用非空腹采血理念，对门诊检验流程进行优化，提升患者的流程知晓率，有效地引导患者的科学就医行为，降低了患者就医的时间成本和经济成本，改善了患者就医体验。

• 【Abstract】Blood collection is the key link between the preceding and the following in blood test work, which is also a reason for the large number and congestion of patients in hospital outpatient clinics. Based on the existing problems in blood sampling in outpatient department of Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, including long queuing and waiting, fasting for long time, multiple visiting and worthless examination, the mode of non-fasting blood sampling service is implemented in clinical practice to optimize outpatient laboratory procedure. This innovation enhances the awareness of visiting process, induces rational health seeking behavior, reduces the time cost and economic cost of patients, which can significantly improve the patients′medical experience.
