• 【摘要】目的    分析阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗对无症状脑梗死患者生活能力及认知功能的影响。方法    选取石家庄市第一医院老年病科2017年1月至2018年6月诊治的无症状脑梗死患者180例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各90例。对照组在基础治疗基础上口服阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷口服治疗，均治疗14 d。观察2组患者治疗后临床效果、生活能力及认知功能的改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果    观察组总有效率明显高于对照组［93.3%（84/90）比78.9%（71/90）］，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.482，P=0.005）。治疗后，2组Ashworth评分、抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组；生活质量评定量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、简易智力状态检查量表评分均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。2组研究对象治疗期间均无明显不良反应出现。结论    阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷抗血小板聚集治疗对无症状脑梗死患者生活能力及认知功能有显著的改善作用。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on life ability and cognitive function in patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction. Methods    A total of 180 patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction admitted to Shijiazhuang First Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 90 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatments, the control group took aspirin and the observation group took aspirin plus clopidogrel for 14 days. Clinical efficacy, life ability, cognitive function and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results    The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group［93.3%（84/90） vs 78.9%（71/90）］（χ2=5.482, P=0.005）. After treatment, Ashworth score, Self-Rating Depression Scale score significantly decreased and they were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group; scores of life quality, Montreal Cognitive Assessment and Mini-Mental State Examination significantly increased, and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. Conclusion    Antiplatelet aggregation therapy using aspirin combined with clopidogrel can significantly improve the life ability and cognitive function in patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction.
